Tim is a tax attorney with years of experience working in small and mid-size firms in the Boston area. He has worked closely with individuals, families, and businesses regarding their income, gift, and estate tax planning and business succession matters. Tim has successfully represented clients before the Massachusetts Department of Revenue and the Internal Revenue Service regarding income tax and estate tax disputes. In addition to his income tax work, Tim brings a unique legal perspective with his extensive experience in gift and estate tax planning.
